Makro Philippines is seeking an HR Supervisor responsible for day-to-day HR operations across stores and the support office. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration to ensure consistent policy implementation.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and HR reporting, while promoting a positive workforce and strong company culture within a multi-site retail context.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in multi-site operations.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day HR operations across stores and offices.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for store and support roles.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in performance appraisal programs and action plans.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention programs.
