Job summary

Latte Recruitment is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day operational support across Employee Experience & Retention functions. The role covers survey administration, data encoding, and movement documentation for group client entities.

You will assist with engagement initiatives, recognition, and culture-building activities, and prepare timely engagement/retention reports for the HR Operations Manager. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience helps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support survey administration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Encode and update engagement/retention data in HR systems and trackers.
• Prepare employee movement documentation (promotions, regularization, transfers).
• Support execution of engagement initiatives, recognition and culture-building activities.
• Prepare engagement and retention reports for HR Operations Manager.
