hs financial technologies is seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Manila to lead employee relations and HR operations for our fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization. You will report to the Sr.

HR Director and collaborate with the HR & Recruitment Manager on day-to-day operations, onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippines labor law, experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes, and the ability to multi-task across HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines labor law.
• Experience in managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Experience in HR operations and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on probation and new joiner processes.
• Guide managers through performance and conduct-related issues.
• Support full Performance Improvement Plan processes and meetings.
• Lead disciplinary and grievance processes with proper documentation.
• Document and standardize employee relations processes for the Manila office.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and update policies as laws change.
• Monitor employment law developments and brief the Sr. HR Director.
• Conduct exit interviews and support day-to-day HR operations.
