Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Supervisor to lead daily HR support across branches in the Philippines. You will supervise the HR Operations team, ensure policy compliance, and drive employee relations, attendance monitoring, onboarding coordination, and coaching interventions.

The role partners with Operations leadership to deliver timely HR solutions, maintain documentation, and implement improvements for a compliant, employee-centered workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• With 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Branch HR Support, or HR Business Partnering.
• With supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and monitor HR staff.
• Knowledgeable in HR operations, employee relations, attendance management, policy implementation, and labor standards.
• Strong communication, coaching, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple HR concerns and priorities.
• Willing to conduct branch/site visits when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS or HR reporting tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the HR Operations team in delivering timely and accurate HR support activities.
• Monitor branch and operational HR concerns, including attendance issues, employee relations matters, policy implementation, and workplace concerns.
• Provide HR guidance to Branch Heads, Supervisors, and employees regarding company policies, procedures, and employee-related concerns.
• Conduct branch/site visits to validate concerns, assess HR needs, and coordinate appropriate actions with Operations.
• Facilitate coaching discussions, employee meetings, mediation, and HR interventions as needed.
• Monitor attendance trends, recurring employee concerns, and performance-related gaps; recommend appropriate action plans.
• Oversee pocket trainings, policy refreshers, coaching activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and manpower requirements with the Recruitment Team and Operations.
• Review and prepare HR Operations reports, documentation, trackers, and compliance records.
• Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of employee records and HR-related information.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance HR operations, employee support, and branch coordination.
