Job summary

Bernales & Associates in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will lead HR supervision, handle employee relations, assist in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives, and support performance management programs.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to implement HR policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an HR supervisory role within a BPO.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in handling and supervising HR team members.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and mentor HR team members.
• Handle employee relations concerns and resolve issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance management programs.
• Ensure HR policies and programs are implemented across the org.
• Monitor HR processes and suggest improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to staff and managers.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Assist in other HR duties as assigned.
