Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking an HR Operations Intern to support the Human Resources team in implementing and maintaining employee programs, processes, and documentation, gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative functions within a dynamic healthcare organization.

Duties include planning and executing engagement activities onsite and virtual, publishing weekly Employee Spotlight features, shadowing HR processes (SSS, BIR, HMO, PhilHealth), organizing

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in BS Psychology, HR Management, Sociology, or related field.
• Able to render a minimum of 200 internship hours, working at least four times per week, for 8 hours per day.
• Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities, onsite and virtual.
• Develop and publish weekly “Employee Spotlight” features.
• Shadow and assist HR operational processes such as SSS, BIR, HMO, and PhilHealth transactions.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain employee documents, records, and benefits files.
• Participate in and help facilitate MaxiHealth’s signature “Walk the Talk” sessions.
