Job summary

Keywords Studios Plc is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR initiatives and day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands‑on experience in Human Resources and provides an opportunity to learn and contribute to employee‑focused initiatives within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with HR administration, maintaining records, data gathering for reports, and supporting engagement initiatives. The role offers a hybrid setup and an OJT allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Enrolled in internship practicum units.
• Willing to render at least 300 internship hours (per school requirement).
• Willing to report onsite at least two (2) times a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in gathering data and creating reports for various internal and external activities.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
• Support the preparation of reports, trackers, presentations, and internal communications materials.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related activities.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
