The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting key Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, labor compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures the effective delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes, implementation of HR programs, maintenance of employee records, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely acquisition of qualified talent and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, role expectations, competencies, and hiring timelines.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and talent pooling initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment programs, and hiring events in partnership with academic institutions, government agencies, and external organizations.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
Facilitate candidate communications, interview scheduling, assessments, and feedback consolidation.
Prepare employment offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a multi-functional Human Resources role, preferably within BPO, technology, startup, or other fast-paced operational environments.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Strong background in Compensation and Benefits administration, including payroll processing, benefits management, employee inquiries, and compensation-related support.
Experience in HRIS administration, including employee data management, system updates, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and statutory compliance requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations.
Exposure to employee engagement programs, workplace health and safety initiatives, and employee wellbeing activities is an advantage.
Experience supporting HR compliance, audits, government reporting, and documentation requirements.
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
