Forest Lake Development, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to support daily HR operations in the Philippines. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Generalist to support the daily operations of the HR department. The successful candidate will handle key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and labor law compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and Philippine labor regulations to support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.
Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development plans.
Support compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and statutory government contributions.
Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR reports.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
Support management in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR projects.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR administration.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
CHRP, CHRA, or other HR certifications are an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, or other relevant industries is preferred.
