You will handle day-to-day HR tasks, respond to employee questions, maintain accurate records, and help improve HR processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience, including relevant internship experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Strategic and solution-oriented approach to workplace challenges.
• Adaptable and flexible in a growing organization.
• Strong customer service mindset and sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR teams and employees.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Respond to employee questions and requests related to HR programs and benefits.
• Coordinate with appropriate HR teams or contacts to resolve employee concerns promptly.
• Assist with onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Support the administration of benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation.
• Help implement and improve HR processes, procedures, and programs.
• Provide timely customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on assigned actions.
• Support organizational initiatives and projects as needed.
