Job summary

Vision International Construction OPC in the Philippines is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, ensure policy implementation, maintain records, and support the HR Manager.

You will supervise HR Assistants, monitor compliance, manage employee records, attendance and leave, and coordinate recruitment and onboarding. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of HR experience with supervisory exposure; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, documentation, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR activities and assist HR Assistants.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and documented.
• Maintain and update HR records; handle confidential information.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding administration.
• Provide guidance to HR Assistants and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Department Heads on routine HR requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
