Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Supervisor - Recruitment and Labor Relations in the Philippines. This full-time role supports HR operations, ensuring effective recruitment strategies and positive labor relations across the organization.

You will bridge senior HR management and operational teams, overseeing recruitment initiatives while upholding compliance with labor regulations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional HR experience with a focus on recruitment and labor relations.
• Proven track record of managing recruitment processes and filling vacancies efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred; professional HR certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer preparation.
• Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate suitability.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Managing recruitment timelines and maintaining candidate records and databases.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for employee labor relations matters and concerns.
• Investigating and resolving workplace conflicts and grievances in a fair, impartial and timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
• Preparing and maintaining labor relations documentation and case files.
• Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Liaising with external recruitment agencies and third-party providers as required.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Providing support to senior HR management on strategic HR initiatives and projects.
