Job summary

Scale Suite is seeking a detail-oriented HR administrator to support a high-volume HR function for our Australian clients. You will keep employee records across hundreds of staff and multiple sites, handle end-to-end HR administration, and assist with recruitment and HRIS data hygiene.

You'll also help run marketing tasks, build an HR asset library, and collaborate with senior HR leads to learn quickly and grow your career with a clear path from associate to advisor.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, HR/psychology/business a plus.
• At least 1 year in HR administration, recruitment support or high-volume admin.
• Detail-obsessed with accurate records as the core product.
• Strong written English for Australian client communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep employee records accurate and current across client workforces and sites.
• Run HR administration end to end: contracts, onboarding, offboarding.
• Maintain clean HRIS data and assist migration as clients change systems.
• Support high-volume recruitment: scheduling interviews, references, documentation.
• Help run marketing: schedule social posts and manage content calendar.
• Build HR asset library: templates, onboarding kits, policy packs.
• Collaborate with HR leads through structured review and growth.
