Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking an HR Transformation Specialist to coordinate human resources projects for a US MNC semiconductor client. The role involves governance, process mapping, data analytics, and AI-enabled HR initiatives at a 1-year contract with salary up to SGD 4900 per month.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in HR operations, strong MS Office/SharePoint/Teams skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Operations, Data Analytics, IS, or related field.
• 2-5 years in HR operations, shared services, project coordination, business operations, or process improvement.
• Fresh graduates with AI/automation exposure are welcome, training available.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Governance: maintain plans, trackers, issue logs, milestones, meetings, agendas, decisions, action follow-ups.
• Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement: document current and future-state HR processes, create SOPs, maps, checklists, FAQs, RACI, work instructions.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: collect/analyze service volumes, cycle times, SLA performance, adoption metrics; maintain dashboards and templates.
• AI, Automation & Digital Transformation Support: assist with AI tools, chatbot, self-service platforms, UAT, pilots, adoption tracking.
• Change Management & Communication: develop guides, FAQs, training content, track readiness and adoption metrics.
• Stakeholder & Workshop Support: coordinate workshops with global stakeholders, capture requirements and risks, escalate blockers.

The Talent

The Job

• Project Coordination & Governance

  • Maintain project plans, action trackers, issue logs, and milestone updates for transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
  • Support governance activities and leadership reporting.
  • Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and presentation materials.

• Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Document current and future-state HR processes and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, checklists, FAQs, RACI matrices, and work instructions.
  • Support process simplification and standardization initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and ready for automation and AI enablement.

• Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze operational data such as service volumes, cycle times, SLA performance, and adoption metrics.
  • Maintain transformation dashboards, reporting templates, benefit trackers, and process inventories.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• AI, Automation & Digital Transformation Support

  • Support initiatives involving AI tools, chatbots, self-service platforms, workflow automation, and digital HR solutions.
  • Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting use cases.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, issue management, and adoption tracking.
  • Monitor implementation progress and stabilization activities.

• Change Management & Communication

  • Develop communication materials, user guides, FAQs, and training content.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.
  • Track training completion, feedback, adoption metrics, and change impacts.
  • Maintain communication plans and readiness checklists.

• Stakeholder & Workshop Support

  • Coordinate workshops, process walkthroughs, and discovery sessions with global stakeholders.
  • Capture requirements, decisions, action items, and risks.
  • Escalate delays, missing inputs, and project blockers proactively.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to keep transformation initiatives on schedule.
