Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) seeks an HR operations professional to join a leader in the Semiconductor industry. 1-year contract with renewal possible. Location: Upper Changi, Singapore. Salary up to SGD 6000, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR/Business Admin and 5–7 years in HR operations. Strong lifecycle knowledge, excellent communication, discretion with confidential information. HRIS experience (Workday) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is favourable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Workday is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee transfers, and HR documentation.
• Support work pass and employment authorization processes, including vendor coordination and application tracking.
• Administer employee benefits, leave matters, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate training logistics, maintain learning records, and track training activities.
• Manage offboarding processes and employee exit documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, support audits, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Provide operational, administrative, and event support to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
