Job summary

A manufacturing company in Taguig is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage staff recruitment, training, and overall HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of supervisory experience, strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and attention to detail. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as HR Supervisor/Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrable experience in HR functions such as handling personnel-related concerns.
• Experience in creating reports, processing permits, and supervising work.
• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of labor employment laws is a plus.

• Reports from staff and summarize information for management

• With experience/background in purchasing, payroll, operations, factory, and in government permits is a plus!
• Open to wearing many hats or be involved in different departments
• Must be proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications

• With high sense of urgency and commitment to personal deadlines
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
