• Prepare HRLR reports and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, resignations, terminations, and legal matters related to employee lawsuits.
• Provide accurate and timely information to internal customers, preparing necessary documentation for case management and legislated requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Labor Relations or strong knowledge of PH Labor Laws.
