Job summary

Carelink Health Care Services Company is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in a hybrid Manila-based environment.

You will maintain HR records, administer benefits and payroll-related tasks, ensure policy compliance, and support training and performance management within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience (generalist or similar).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring process (job postings, screening, interviews).
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and HR records.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
