Job summary

A recruitment agency is urgently seeking HR and GA Compliance Staff for a well-established Japanese Manufacturing company in Batangas. The role involves managing the hiring process, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates should be graduates of a 4-year course with at least 1 year of experience in HR or compliance. BOSH training and proficiency in MS Office are required. This is an onsite position in FPIP, Santo Tomas, Batangas.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or compliance.
• Basic knowledge in Compliance obligations, Data Privacy Act, and AEP/Visa Processing.
• Completed BOSH training.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Willingness to work onsite (FPIP, Sto. Tomas Batangas)

• Overseeing performance reviews, providing feedback, and managing employee development.

• Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and regulations.
• Handling various administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
