Manage the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and hiring.
Source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare job offers and employment-related documents.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Monitor recruitment progress and prepare recruitment reports.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
Collect and verify pre-employment requirements.
Prepare employment contracts and other onboarding documents.
Ensure employee information and HR records are complete and accurate.
Assist with employee clearance and offboarding procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and inquiries.
Assist in resolving employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Assist management in handling employee disciplinary matters when required.
Promote a positive and professional workplace environment.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases.
Prepare HR letters, notices, reports, forms, and other documentation.
Ensure HR records are accurate, organized, and confidential.
Assist with company compliance related to Philippine labor and employment requirements.
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
At least 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employment regulations is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga.
