Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing - Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources department, overseeing hiring, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and policy administration. You will partner with Senior Management to drive HR projects and ensure compliance across local and global standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in HR with managerial exposure, and ideally 5+ years in a senior HR position.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Human Resources work experience across multiple disciplines with managerial experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources Managerial role or equivalent experience outside of the Company is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct routine HR department functions including hiring, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration
• Work with Senior Management to support HR projects
• Ensure facilities and tools are available for employees
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Manage HR information systems and records
• Oversee payroll processes and deadlines where applicable
• Coach managers in performance management and employee discipline
• Ensure legal and global HR compliance
• Engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally
