Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled workers (carpenters, designers, installers) and admin staff
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct issues
Oversee onboarding, training, and safety protocols for warehouse/onsite work and fast food client standards
Administer payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and project-based incentives
Lead performance evaluations and KPI-based appraisal systems
Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, certifications, and compliance with labor and safety laws
Support admin operations, inventory coordination, and logistics for site installations
Contribute to HR policy development and strategic workforce planning based on project pipelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
