- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems.

- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs and develop effective training plans.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure training activities align with company policies and goals.
