Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain HR documentation, employee contracts, and company policies.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs such as employee events and internal communications.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Serve as the main point of contact between employees and management.
• Provide guidance on employee conduct and compliance.
• Set and monitor performance expectations for garage-based employees.
• Handle sensitive employee information in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate employee shift schedules.
• Monitor attendance and manage leave applications.
• Administer safety programs, including accident prevention initiatives.
• Investigate workplace accidents and enforce compliance with safety rules.
