Job summary

JLL Business Services (JBS) Manila is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support delivery of business goals and drive employee engagement. You will work with local and global leadership, design retention interventions, plan annual HR processes, and manage end-to-end talent lifecycle across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years in HR business partnering, strong labor law knowledge, exceptional English communication, and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent
• Proficient with labor laws governing organizational policies
• Excellent English communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead HRBP, Global HR Head and leadership to support business goals and drive engagement
• Design retention interventions and address attrition at site level
• Plan and execute annual processes including performance and talent reviews, promotions and off-cycle processes
• Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle activities: hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, offboarding
• Design and drive new people practices with stakeholders to meet business goals
• Counsel employees and line managers on HR policies and practices
• Handle disciplinary matters including drafting NTEs, investigations and notices of decision
• Provide coaching on performance management and employee relations
• Support organizational restructuring and changes; assist benefits enrollment and change management
• Generate monthly HR reports and conduct exit interviews and offboarding insights
• Manage employee change transactions in Workday
• Regularly meet senior management to refine people agenda requirements
• Evaluate and improve HR service delivery

Job description

Experienced HR Business Partner with Minimum 7 years of Business Partnering Experience. Open to working in shifts starting 6 PM or later. Should be proficient with labor laws that govern the various policies in an organization. Fluent in communication skills, English speaking abilities and strong stakeholder management. JLL Business Services (JBS) is the internal shared services organization for JLL globally.

Duties & responsibilities

• Work with Lead HR Business Partner of JBS Manila, Global HR Head of JBS, Local and Global Leadership team of JBS to support the delivery of the business goals and drive employee engagement
• Provide relevant inputs to the HRBP to design effective retention interventions at site to effectively control attrition
• Partner with the HR Business Partner in planning and executing the annual processes including year end performance and talent review, engagement survey actions, promotion and off cycle processes.
• Partner and support executing the people agenda across the employee lifecycle - hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, offboarding.
• Work closely with key stakeholders/ clients on designing and driving new people practices to meet business Goals
• Understand the pulse of the unit and construct action plans to address concerns. Counsel employees & line management regarding HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Minor cases leading to dismissal-Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), conduct investigations, facilitate administrative hearings, and draft/issue Notices of Decision for disciplinary matters
• Drives the HR agenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements.
• Provide manager coaching on performance management and employee relations issues
