Job summary

The role requires 7 years of HRBP experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and willingness to work onsite with night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA/HR qualification preferred.
• 7 years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations.
• Willing to work onsite and night shift.

• Partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to drive people strategies and employee engagement.
• Manage employee lifecycle programs, including performance, talent, retention, and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, investigations, and DOLE mediation.
• Provide HR advisory, manager coaching, and support for restructuring and change initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, manage Workday transactions, and support continuous improvement of HR practices.
