We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Training, Employee Relations (ER), and Labor Relations (LR) functions across our nationwide operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end administrative case management, formal hearings, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), employee engagement, and learning and development strategies. Additionally, you will direct and mentor a distributed HR team spread across regional hubs.
Labor & Employee Relations: Oversee all disciplinary cases, conduct formal administrative hearings, issue Notices to Explain (NTE) / decisions, and ensure strict adherence to due process and labor laws across all regions.
Performance Improvement: Direct the nationwide execution of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), partnering with business unit leaders to manage underperformance and handle high-risk cases.
Training & Capability Building: Design, execute, and monitor nationwide training programs, leadership workshops, and onboarding frameworks to upskill employees across all operational sites.
Employee Engagement: Develop and roll out nationwide culture, wellness, and engagement initiatives to keep remote and site-based teams aligned and motivated.
Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and evaluate a team of HR personnel distributed across nationwide branches.
Compliance & Legal Risk: Serve as the subject matter expert on labor compliance (DOLE regulations), manage labor litigation matters with legal counsel, and audit regional policy enforcement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Juris Doctor or Master's degree is a plus).
At least 3 years of progressive HR management experience specializing in Labor Relations, ER, and L&D.
Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE compliance standards, and jurisprudence.
Proven track record of conducting formal administrative investigations/hearings and managing PIP processes.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing a distributed, nationwide HR team.
Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel periodically to regional offices nationwide as needed.
