Woodgrain is a leading millwork company seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide leadership across onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will ensure compliant practices and support a positive workplace culture while partnering with leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR generalist/management experience, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with generalist or HR management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as primary HR resource for employees and managers.
• Oversee recruitment support, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee development.
