Qualifications

• Hands-on employee relations, performance management support, policy administration, and engagement.
• Partner with operations leaders on people-related actions and initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good grasp of Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
