• Experienced in coaching documentation, attendance issues and employee case tracking.
• Able to partner with operations leaders on people-related actions.

Proficient in MS Office and HR tools.

Approachable, organized, and calm under pressure.

Experience supporting multiple business units or accounts.

Involvement in engagement or retention programs.

Willingness to work flexible hours based on operations'needs.
