Job summary

Grand Majesty Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage recruitment, policy development, and employee relations across Leyte. The role ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations while aligning HR programs with company goals.

You will oversee payroll coordination, training, performance management, and workforce planning, driving integrity, confidentiality, and professional standards in a full-time Leyte-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in full-cycle HR functions and knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
• Lead performance management processes including appraisals and evaluations.
• Plan and implement training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle labor relations matters and represent the company in DOLE-related concerns when necessary.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

• Willing to be based full-time in Leyte

Experience Required

• Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Experience handling full-cycle HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, compliance)
• Background in construction, retail/fuel, or industrial sectors is an advantage
