We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join Riviera Golf Club, Inc. in Silang Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role within our organisation, bridging management and employees to foster a positive, productive workplace culture. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, employee relations, and organisational development. This role is essential to ensuring our club maintains a harmonious working environment whilst supporting our business objectives and growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures and programmes that align with organisational goals and comply with labour laws and regulations
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection and onboarding of new employees
Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling and performance management
Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, payroll coordination and ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, competencies and career progression
Conduct regular HR audits and ensure compliance with employment legislation, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices
Manage employee data and maintain confidential HR records with appropriate data protection measures
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programmes, team-building activities and internal communications
Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on workforce planning, organisational restructuring and talent management
Monitor and report on key HR metrics, turnover rates, absenteeism and other performance indicators
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in industrial and employee relations
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements
Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and talent management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Professional certification such as CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable
Experience within the hospitality, leisure or club industry would be advantageous
