You will develop policies, manage recruitment, advise on employee relations, payroll, training, onboarding, and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position is ideal for HR professionals seeking growth in a dynamic organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or business-related field.
• 1–2 years of professional HR experience including generalist functions and recruitment.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment law and labour regulations.
• Proficiency with HR systems, databases, and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication.
• CHRP certification or similar credentials is preferred.

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team in Bacoor City, Cavite on a full‑time basis. Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that support organisational growth and compliance with employment regulations
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection for various positions across the organisation
• Provide advisory support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and workplace conduct
• Administer payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills, competencies, and career progression
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences
• Monitor workplace culture and employee engagement, implementing initiatives to improve morale and retention
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate HR's business impact
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in HR, with exposure to generalist HR functions and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labour regulations, and HR best practices relevant to the Philippine context
• Proficiency in HR systems, databases, and MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to provide practical, balanced advice
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
• Preferred: CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) certification or similar HR credential
• Preferred: Experience in a consulting or service‑based industry
