The Rigging Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines to oversee human resources functions, develop policies, and ensure legal compliance under Philippine labor laws.

We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and results-driven HR Manager to oversee and manage the company’s human resources functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and retention, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Manage the overall HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives.
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, performance, and other HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations, including requirements of DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with the appropriate departments or service providers.
Develop and implement employee engagement, training, development, and retention initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluation programs and assist managers in addressing performance issues.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and other management reports as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems or HRIS.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with management and employees.
Experience in a construction, engineering, industrial, logistics, or rigging-related environment is an advantage.
