Job summary

A leading trading company in the Philippines is seeking an HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and manage employee relations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and excellent communication skills. This role requires onsite work in Pasay City and Bulacan, with availability to begin ASAP.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG.
  • Proficient in using payroll and document management systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Available ASAP.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
  • To identify non-performers and discuss with the leads for further action plan
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve processes
  • Ensures all employees in the business unit are adhering the company’s policies and procedures
  • Facilitate Monthly Confirmation Appraisal, Annual Appraisals and Promotions
  • To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in using HR and office management software, such as payroll and document management systems
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or other related field
  • Willing to work in Pasay City and Bulacan
  • Can work Monday to Saturday onsite
