Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a background in the real estate industry to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate industry.
- Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
- Build a talent pipeline by engaging with industry professionals and networks.
- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure clear communication of HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management & Development
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support leadership in succession planning and workforce development.
HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and real estate industry regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Review and recommend competitive compensation structures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Align HR initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead change management efforts and organizational restructuring when necessary.
- Provide HR insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make data-driven HR decisions.
