Job summary

ELSAL Ventures OPC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full suite of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

You will coordinate hiring with department heads, maintain HR records, and foster a safe, inclusive workplace. The role also involves designing training programs, supporting culture-building, and partnering with leadership to boost engagement and retention.
