Job summary

STARPORT PH HOLDINGS INC is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, people management, recruitment, employee engagement, and government compliance in Metro Manila.

The successful candidate will lead the HR team, drive talent acquisition, manage compensation and benefits, ensure labor law compliance, and provide guidance to employees and management in a fast-paced, people-centered organization. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory HR position.
• 3–5 years of experience in people management and HR support.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge and experience in compensation and benefits (CompBen).
• Familiarity with government-mandated requirements and statutory compliance.
• Experience in employee engagement and relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
