Job summary

St. Joseph Drug - Joleco Resources, Inc. seeks a senior HR leader to oversee the HR department, guiding workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and the learning and development function.

You will develop HR strategies, manage a high-performing team, ensure labor-law compliance, represent the company in labor matters, and drive HR initiatives that support growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related Behavioral Science; MBA/MA is an advantage
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience with minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, planning and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR Department including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and employee relations
• Oversee learning & development, organizational development and policy implementation
• Develop HR strategies, manage team performance and ensure labor law compliance
• Represent the company in labor-related matters and drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR functions

Job Description

Leads and oversees the organization's Human Resources Department which covers workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, organizational development and policy implementation. Responsible for developing HR strategies, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws, representing the company in labor-related matters, and driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or other Behavioral Science Course, MBA/MA an advantage
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR with demonstrated expertise in organizational development and learning & development including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in developing and implementing HR, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development initiatives to support business objectives and employee growth.
