Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.

• Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
• Proficient in MS Excel; Canva or PowerPoint for visuals; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate with departments and staff for event logistics.
• Draft internal communications and HR materials to keep everyone informed.
• Maintain trackers and documentation for retention projects and HR initiatives.
• Suggest practical improvements to HR programs and processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc retention projects and culture-building campaigns.
• Foster a positive, people-first workplace environment.
