Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. is seeking a Hire to Retire Specialist to own complex HR cases, translate requirements into system improvements, and maintain controls.

You will deliver hire to retire services across our Philippines operations with a focus on employee experience and timely service delivery. Ideal candidates have a degree in HR or related fields and 3+ years in end-to-end HR operations, with credentials such as SHRM-CP and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent HR credential; benefits administration training; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; Optional advantages.
