Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd in Manila is seeking a Hire to Retire Senior Analyst to independently manage an assigned portfolio and resolve non-routine cases, delivering accurate HR services within agreed timelines.

You will handle employee lifecycle administration, master data, HRIS workflows, and records management, with emphasis on data privacy and service quality. At least 2 years of HR operations experience and a SHRM-CP or equivalent credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant HR operations experience including independent processing and exception resolution.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent HR credential; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a plus.
• Benefits administration training may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Employee lifecycle administration; HR master data and effective-dated changes; HRIS workflows; leave administration; access coordination; records management and data privacy.
• Reconciliation; exception analysis; quality review; root-cause identification; peer coaching and SLA execution and monitoring.
