Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. in the Philippines seeks a Hire to Retire Senior Analyst to independently manage an assigned portfolio and deliver accurate HR services. You will focus on employee experience, HR data accuracy, and timely service delivery across operations.

The role requires 2+ years in HR operations, with emphasis on privacy, data controls, and process improvement. SHRM-CP or equivalent is preferred; on-site work in Metro Manila region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, IS, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR operations experience including independent processing.
• Experience in hire to retire or related HR operations preferred.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent credential advisable; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt optional.

Job description

The Hire to Retire Senior Analyst independently manage an assigned portfolio, resolve non-routine cases, and perform quality checks to deliver accurate and timely service. Deliver hire to retire operational services across assigned operating companies, with a focus on employee experience and agreed service timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Employee lifecycle administration; HR master data and effective-dated changes; HRIS workflows; leave administration; access coordination; records management and data privacy.

• Reconciliation; exception analysis; quality review; root-cause identification; peer coaching and SLA execution and monitoring.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, including independent processing and exception resolution.
• Relevant experience should be in hire to retire or closely related HR operations.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent HR credential; benefits administration training; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; Optional advantages.
