San Miguel Corp, through its MRT7 project subsidiary, seeks an experienced HR professional to design holistic competency frameworks, succession pipelines, and data-driven learning interventions that align with the company’s Vision & Core Purpose.

You will partner with department heads, run HiPo reviews, manage appraisals, create Individual Development Plans, and lead training initiatives across the organization, ensuring 100% compliance and sustained leadership readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field or Behavioral Science.
• 5 years as HR practitioner in Organization Development and Talent Management.
• Proficient in HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design competency dictionaries and update role requirements.
• Conduct HiPo reviews and maintain replacement charts and talent maps.
• Administer the annual appraisal and calibration sessions.
• Create Individual Development Plans and coaching programs.
• Lead People Roadmap, restructurings, and system rollouts.
• Develop training modules and LMS content for SuccessFactors.
• Translate gaps into actionable training with measurable ROI.
• Oversee onboarding and team integration workshops.
