Job summary

GOTHONG SOUTHERN in Metro Manila is seeking a training facilitator. You will prepare facilitator materials and equipment before sessions, and adjust facilitation methods in real-time to address learner engagement and needs.

Responsibilities include managing participant interactions to meet session objectives, conducting pre- and post-session assessments, recording outcomes, and supporting learners with their Employee Development Plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in BS Psychology or any Social Sciences field.
• Professional education courses appropriate for Industrial Psychology/ Organizational Development/ Training and Facilitation.
