Tavor Perry in the Philippines is seeking an HR Admin and Appointment Setter to start client relationships with a friendly, confident outreach. You will research prospects, make warm calls, qualify leads, and book discovery calls while keeping Salesforce and calendars organized and up to date.

The ideal candidate has strong admin skills, a professional phone presence, and a willingness to learn more about HR as you grow with us in a collaborative, detail‑oriented environment.

• Sound judgment about HR, legal, tax, or accounting guidance.
• Proficient with Gmail, Calendar, and Sheets/Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Research prospects and identify decision-makers.
• Make warm, professional introductory and follow-up calls.
• Qualify leads and ask thoughtful questions.
• Schedule and confirm discovery calls; manage calendar availability.
• Record detailed notes and lead status in Salesforce.
• Maintain clean prospect lists and remove duplicates.
• Support Gmail inbox and HoneyBook workflows.
• Use AI tools for drafting and research with verification.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and join weekly check-ins.
• Take on onboarding follow-ups and calendar-related tasks.
