Job summary

You will design materials, conduct orientations and onboarding, work with department heads on training needs, track participation, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, education, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in training, employee development, HR, or related role preferred.
• Good presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs based on employee and organizational requirements.
• Plan and coordinate training programs, orientations, workshops and learning activities.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, modules and other learning resources.
• Conduct employee orientation, onboarding and skills development programs.
• Coordinate with department heads and supervisors regarding training requirements.
• Monitor employee participation, attendance and completion of training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather participant feedback.
• Maintain accurate and updated training records and documentation.
• Monitor employee training progress and recommend appropriate development programs.
• Prepare training reports and provide updates to management.
