Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant to drive learning and development initiatives in Laguna.

You will coordinate Training Needs Analysis, prepare the annual training plan, source providers, and manage training logistics and budgets. You will maintain training records, administer assessments, ensure ISO/FSSC training compliance, and support onboarding, competency development, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of administrative experience in HR/L&D/employee engagement.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company’s training and development programs from TNA to annual plan.
• Source providers, organize training logistics, monitor budgets.
• Maintain training records, administer assessments and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory and ISO/FSSC training requirements.
• Support onboarding, competency development, and development plans.
• Plan and execute company events, wellness workshops, and team-building activities.
