Qualite World Company Inc. invites graduating students for a hands-on HR internship in Manila. You will assist in daily HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and timekeeping while gaining exposure to all HR functions within the HR department.

You will help organize records, maintain HR databases, and prepare reports, memos, and HR documents, collaborating with the HR team and other departments for a smooth internship experience.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be graduating in Academic Year 2026-2027.
• Must have internship/OJT as part of academic requirements.

About the role

This internship provides an opportunity for graduating students to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, HR documentation, and other HR functions within the Human Resources Department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, applicant screening, and interview scheduling
• Assist in preparing and organizing employee records and HR documents
• Help maintain and update employee files and HR databases
• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for newly hired employees
• Support timekeeping and attendance monitoring
• Assist in preparing HR reports, forms, memos, and other documents
• Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and other HR programs

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
• Must be a graduating student for Academic Year 2026-2027
• Must be required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the academic requirements
• Preferably available for internship for at least 400-600 hours
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Can handle confidential information with professionalism
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
