We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in various administrative and employee-related activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee records management, HR administration, and workplace coordination.

Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
Screen resumes and applications based on established qualifications.
Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
Help maintain and update the applicant database.
Assist with interview preparation and other recruitment-related activities.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and requirements.
Assist in preparing pre-employment requirements for new hires.
Assist in organizing and maintaining employee and HR records.
Update employee information and HR databases.
Help prepare employment-related documents, forms, and reports.
Assist in monitoring employee documents and requirements.
Ensure that HR records are properly organized and kept confidential.
Assist with daily administrative tasks of the HR department.
Help monitor attendance, leave applications, and other employee records.
Assist in preparing HR reports and summaries.
Help coordinate employee activities, meetings, and company events.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
